Through this agreement, our common goal is to make our members visible in a larger market and to give our customers the opportunity to find and book small, private hotels.
All networks in the alliance retain and strengthen their own brand. Each brings its own knowledge and experience, and all have the opportunity to use these shared resources.
There are no fees to pay and only an initial investment for the quality policy: 23€/hotel for the quality widgets and a contribution from the hotels for the registration on the back-office (1,5€/hotel).
Each partner retains its own individual brand, logo and marketing materials. Each brand is and remains independent.
Active acquisition of the primary destination of one GAPH member by another GAPH member is not accepted. If an individual hotel in one of the home markets wishes to join another GAPH member, it must be referred to its home country network (unless there is a bilateral agreement).
Each GAPH member ensures that on their own digital resources (homepage, app, etc.) all other GAPH hotels can be found and booked through direct booking links and that there is a link to the common search engine. Each GAPH member is individually responsible for providing the necessary data and funds for inclusion in the common back office.
Each member ensures that at least one web page explaining the alliance and individual partners is readily available on their own home page.
Each member participates in the global quality program by agreeing to have each of their hotels indexed. An independent company assigns a score to each hotel based on the quality perceived by guests on all online review portals. An overall rating is given to GAPH to certify that our alliance is the most reliable.
